The Perfect Bloody Mary

Ingredients
- 1cup organic tomato juicetry to use a premium juice such as Sacramento
- 1tbsp Organic lemon juicefresh, if possible
- 1tbsp Organic lime juicefresh, if possible
- 1/2tbsp organic horseradish(optional) for vegan please use a vegan friendly horseradish
- 1/2tbsp Organic worcestershire saucefor gluten free please use a gluten free variety
- 3-4drops organic Bitters
- 3-4drops organic Tabasco sauce
- 1tsp Organic celery saltplus 1/8 cup more for the rim of the glass
- 1/2tsp Organic black pepper
- 1oz organic vodka(optional)
- 1stalk Organic celeryfor garnish
- 1 organic kosher dill pickle spearfor garnish
- 2-3 Organic green olivesfor garnish
Instructions
- Take a lemon wedge and run around the rim of a pint glass, set aside
- In a small shallow bowl or plate, add the celery salt. Place glass upside down and push gently into the celery salt to cover the entire rim with salt
- In a separate glass, jar or tumbler (I use a mason jar with a lid to get a good shake)add the tomato, lemon and lime juice
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir or shake well.
- fill the pint glass with the celery salt to the rim with ice and then pour in the Bloody Mary mix
- Add the garnish, sip and enjoy!
