Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl or a stand mixer, cream butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Add marshmallow creme and beat until well incorporated.
  3. With mixer on low, add one cup of powdered sugar. Once the sugar is incorporated, turn speed up to medium-high and beat for one minute.
  4. Add vanilla extract and beat until well incorporated.
  5. Continue to add powdered sugar, beating on low until incorporated and then on medium-high for one minute, until the frosting reaches your desired consistency.
  6. Refrigerate any unused frosting in an airtight container.
  7. To use refrigerated frosting, remove from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature. In a stand mixer or with a large spoon, beat frosting until fluffy.
