Linguini with Lemon Balm Pesto
Quick and easy, this pasta dish has a wonderful, subtle lemon flavor. Serve with sautéed vegetables and a garden salad for a complete meal.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Bring water with 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil and add pasta. Cook according to the manufacturers’ directions
  2. Strain pasta in a colander and rinse well with luke warm water
  3. Add the pasta back into the cooking pot and add the olive oil and lemon balm pesto, stir well
  4. Add the reserved water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached
  5. Stir pasta and add the parmesean cheese and then salt and pepper, to taste, if desired
  6. Serve immediately
