We love to grill and weather permitting, we try to grill all year round. Grilled fish is one of our favorites and we love it in tacos. Ready in under a half hour, these fish tacos are so easy to make that they can be enjoyed anytime.
To finish off your tacos, top your grilled fish with our spicy cool sauce and fresh pico de gallo. I have included a recipe for pico de gallo, but of course, store bought will work nicely. Fresh pico de gallo adds the perfect touch to these tacos, and it is also perfect with tortilla chips.
Perfect to celebrate Cinco de Mayo or any day of the year, enjoy your grilled fish tacos along with a pitcher of margaritas and our guacamole and Spanish rice.
