This was my Dad’s recipe. He used to make this all the time and I love it. I am not a huge fan of sweet coleslaw. This broccoli slaw is not sweet at all, so it is a refreshing change from the usual fare. My kids really like this too. Every time I make it, people always comment on how much they like it.
Not only is it is simple and quick to make, but it pairs well with almost anything and you can add just about anything to it. As a matter of fact, I look for any last little bits of seeds and nuts to throw in. I also recommend trying it with sunflower seeds or raisins. It is an excellent combination.

- 1 head Organic cabbage diced
- 1 cup Organic broccoli shaved florets (pulse florets in a food processor)
- 1 cup Organic carrots diced
- 1/2 cup Organic mayonnaise (be sure it is gluten free)
- 1/2 tsp Organic red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Organic salt
- 1/4 cup Organic parmesan cheese grated
